Drug Uses
Singulair is used for prevention and long–term treatment of asthma. It is also can be used to relieve allergy symptoms. It may also can be be used for other situations as recommended by your physician.
How Taken
Take Singulair as prescribed by your doctor. Take Singulair with or without a meal. Continue to take Singulair even if you feel well.
Additional Information
Singulair may cause drowsiness or dizziness. These effects can worsen if Singulair is taken with alcohol or certain other medications. Take Singulair with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to this medication. If your symptoms do not improve or if they worsen, visit your doctor. This drug should be used only by the patient for whom it has been suggested. Do not take less or more or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.
