Drug Uses
Singulair is used for prevention and long–term healing of asthma. It is also used to relieve allergy symptoms. It may also can be be used for other conditions as prescribed by your doctor.
How Taken
Use Singulair as directed by your doctor. Use Singulair with or without a meal. Continue to use Singulair even if you feel well.
Additional Information
Singulair can cause drowsiness or dizziness. These effects can worsen if Singulair is taken with alcohol or certain other medications. Take Singulair with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you respond to this medication. If your symptoms don't improve or if they worsen, visit your physician. This pill should be used only by the patient for whom it has been directed. Don't take less or more or take it more often than recommended by your doctor.
