Drug Uses
Zyrtec is an antihistamine used to cure and relieve the symptoms of allergies and hives (urticaria). Some of the allergic symptoms that Zyrtec prevents are runny nose, sneezing, itchy and watery eyes.
How Taken
Zyrtec comes as a pill to take by mouth. The general dosage is a pill per day. This pill can be taken regularly or only when experiencing allergy symptoms. Follow your physician`s directions. Do not take less or exceed the dose recommended by your physician.

Take Zyrtec with caution. Don't drive or perform other possibly dangerous tasks until you know how you respond to this drug. If your symptoms don't improve or if they worsen, contact your physician. This drug should be used only by the patient for whom it has been recommended. Do not take less or more or take it more often than determined by your physician.
